Responsibilities

Work with the training team to assess care certificates
Deliver additional one to one and group sessions as needed to meet the learners needs
Work collaboratively with the training team to develop and update training resources
Give feedback to trainees and record evidence
Complete trainees' certificates in a timely fashion and send to manager
Update matrices
Update own knowledge and skills by regularly undertaking PDP
Attend and contribute to team meetings and other meetings as required
Inform the Training Manager of any issues that may occur
Any other tasks and projects determined by the Training Manager/company within the scope of the role
Help maintain staff profiles

Requirements:

Previous experience in the health and social care sector
Confident working within a team, as well as being selfmotivated to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Adaptable and flexible approach to tasks
Computer literate
Relevant training qualification or more than Level 3 Education & Training is preferred
Up to date training qualifications in First Aid and Moving & Handling preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

Salary:
£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
