Permanent (Term Time Only 38 weeks)**
Hours per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 07:00 - 15: hours per week
Occasional Saturdays usually 4 per annum for open days. Occasional evenings for functions

Role Overview


We are currently recruiting for An Assistant Catering Manager to join our passionate and driven Catering team based at our client's site in Larkhill Road Preston.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage all catering and associated services at appointed premises.
  • Management and control for all food production in the unit
  • Provide support for all services including afternoons, evenings and Saturdays as indicated.
  • Consider all special dietary needs as required and accurate ordering of all supplies.
  • Compile competitions, menu planning & promotions.
  • Storage of goods and implementation of stock controls and weekly stock takes.
  • Manage all catering Team Members to provide the required service at an agreed level.
