Custom products are key to our business and a huge opportunity for growth.

We have thousands of custom products customers already who need outstanding support and we have a growing number of inbound custom product enquiries that represent great new customer opportunities.

These enquiries need careful handling and proactive support to win as long-term sustainable packaging customers.

This is a commercial role due to the independent nature of each enquiry and our dynamic sourcing approach.

You will need strong communication skills to liaise with customers and suppliers for the best commercial outcome and you will have an opportunity to bring your own approach to these interactions and to the processes within the business.


Your role:


  • Assist customers with repeat custom packaging orders
  • Give outstanding support to inbound enquiries, advising them on the right product and approach for their needs, securing their order.
  • Secure best pricing for custom product enquiries through our broad supply base
  • Drive retention and repeat ordering from new and key accounts with timely comms
  • Help raise awareness of new product and sustainable innovations
  • Identify opportunities to grow key relationships with new customers and high value inbound enquiries

Key skills:


  • Experience in providing great customer service
  • Commercial acumen and experience buying and selling
  • Strong communication skills & attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Experience working in team
  • Ability to work with Outlook, Livechat, and Webbased systems good IT literacy in general

Not necessary but desirable:


  • Ecommerce, print, and packaging knowledge
  • Account management and key customer relationship experience
  • SAP Business One Experience

Remuneration:


  • The role comes with a remuneration of £24,000 £26,000 per annum starting salary depending on experience. This is a starting salary, and we operate a model that offers annual increases in line with performance and progression in addition to our discretionary annual profit share bonus. £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
