Enablement Team
We are seeking a full time Quality Assurance Officer for our office base in Edmonton

working 5 days a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 8pm

The Enablement Team is currently based at Claverings Industrial estate. The service provides flexible short-term intervention and Enablement to support individuals develop skills and confidence to maximise independence.


The post-holders must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment and will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to work within the team, and with external customers, professionals service users and their families.

An ability to monitor the quality and compliance of the service in line with CQC fundamental Standards is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can contribute to the delivery of innovative services. You will need to demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work on a rolling rota between the hours of 8am - 8pm


You would need to be willing to travel around Enfield to carry out quality reviews in our service user's homes on a daily basis therefore a full driving licence and access to a vehicle will be required.
