Description

The Trust is continuing to enhance its offer to care experienced young people and adults, and a continued substantial investment has been made to increase our capacity. Permanent Personal Advisors - Offering Support Post 17

Our Leaving Care service is one of the Nation's biggest and supports care experienced young adults in their transition from care to independence.

Our priority is to support and enable care experienced young adults to realise their aspirations and ambitions and have a sense of feeling cared for, cared about, and able to care for themselves.

We aim to champion their voice as Corporate Parents in all that we do.

We have a commitment to a systemic, relationship, strengths and solution focused practice model, and this essentially contextualises the needs of care leavers through a trauma informed / adverse childhood experience lens.

This vacancy is open to new applicants. If you have previously applied for this post within last 12 months and were not successful at shortlisting or interview stages please do not reapply.

We are proud to be an Equal Opportunities Employer.

We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees - a place where we can all be ourselves and succeed on merit.

We actively deliver services that are culturally responsive to the needs of the young people, parents and carers we work with to deliver equality, diversity and inclusivity in all we do.
