**Service Delivery ManagerITIL / D365 / CRM / ERP
£55k-£70k + Bonus + Benefits**We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join this Global Microsoft Gold Partner to help with service delivery efforts and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. The role is home based but may require some travel to client sites.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, tracking project margins, participating in sales engagements, and leading critical incident resolution.
You will also be responsible for ensuring service delivery excellence,providing accurate reporting to senior management, and building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
