Estates Officer Operational Maintenance (Band 6).


Applicants must be educated to a minimum of NHC/HND Level or equivalent, ideally have completed a recognised apprenticeship within a relevant discipline and preferably be multi-skilled.

Applicants must be computer literate and competent to operate complex building management and process control systems and be able to organise multi trade workloads and plan and coordinate maintenance tasks accordingly.

Applicants must possess a current full, driving licence. The post holder will be required to participate in a 24 hour on call rota. Participation in flexible arrangements will be necessary in this role.
