Role Profile:


Duties:


  • Managing HR processes and procedures, including (but not limited to):
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Probationary reviews
  • Disciplinaries and grievances
  • Company policy updates
  • Carrying out staff welfare checks onsite and home visits if required
  • Managing HR correspondence, including Offers of Employment, Contracts, disciplinary invites/outcomes, as well as general administration
  • Absence Management for the entire workforce
  • Involvement with UK regulations, ensuring ABC complies with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Working closely with Team Leaders, Duty Managers, Trainers and Senior Management within the business, providing quarterly updates to management on lessons learned and suggested improvements to the business from an HR perspective

Skills/requirements:


  • CIPD part/qualified ideal (or equivalent HR qualification)
  • At least 5 years work experience within a generalist HR role, ideally in an Airport environment
  • Have a desire to add value, taking accountability and ownership
  • A focused individual with strong organisation skills, able to communicate effectively to all levels in the organisation and external stakeholders
  • Excellent proven computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • A valid UK driving licence along with the ability to gain and maintain Airport Clearance is essential (5 years checkable work history, criminal records check and right to work in the UK)
