Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team.

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

This is a full-time position based in our office in London.


Duties:


  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in our computerised database
  • Assist with order processing and invoicing
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage the sales team's calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with market research and competitor analysis

Experience:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
  • Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Sage or other accounting software is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of fluency in English
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and the ability to work independently

£36,945.57-£38,808.48 per year
