Contract | Service Designer | Government Systems Transformation

Role:
Service Designer

Day Rate:
£500 - £550 p/d (inside IR35)

Duration: 8 months, immediate start

Location:
Remote (London/Leeds based office to use if you like)

We're currently partnered with a leading digital agency who provide services to the public and third sectors. They assist their clients in their organisational strategy/priorities, expanding their capability, research, and designing/building products and services

This position will be joining a government programme which is currently moving from Alpha into Beta.

Working on the replacement of legacy employee/ internal user facing technology for GDS you will:

You'll work as part of a cross-functional team made up of client and partner staff. Including User Researchers, Developers, Business Analysts etc.
Provide analysis, documenting analysis, and mapping of existing business processes and proposed improvements.
Continually integrate designs based on user feedback/data insights and ensure the proposed improved designs can be built.
Run workshops with internal and external users.
