Background:

We are searching for a Logistics Coordinator to work in the Yorkshire area. The role will be mixed between home working and at a warehouse facility. There may be a need to visit operating sites from time to time.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing UK Renewable Power Provider, and we want to find someone who will develop with us during this journey.


You will play a key role in supporting the ongoing operational management of a range of high value, latest generation Battery Energy Storage, Gas Reciprocating Engines, Hydrogen Electrolysis and Renewable Energy Assets.


Job Purpose:


Responsible for supporting the Business Support Manager in maintaining efficient systems and processes to support a growing O&M service business, including purchasing, stock control and logistics, maintenance scheduling and management reporting.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Liaising with suppliers (UK and International) to ensure timely delivery of required spare parts and service visits.
  • Liaise with Group Finance team on matters relating to PO control and invoicing.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the companies computerised maintenance personagement system (CMMS).
  • Assist with ensuring spare parts are delivered to fieldbased technicians at the right time.
  • Supporting the Business Support Manager with daytoday operational tasks, business projects and initiatives
  • Supporting with office management
  • Collaborating with departments around the business and wider Group such as finance, IT, asset management, project delivery and development teams
  • Supporting the business with all matters relating to general welfare of our teams
  • And much more This will be a very varied role with opportunity to work across all areas of the business

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
