Position Overview:


We are seeking Install Supervisors with a proven record of accomplishment in leading and managing teams to achieve set KPIs, coupled with a commitment to quality and a strong customer service ethos.

In this pivotal role, combining field and office responsibilities, you will have complete oversight of a team of Energy Efficiency Installers.

This position offers a competitive salary and attractive bonus incentives, including joining and loyalty bonuses.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure top-notch installations and deliver exceptional customer service within our customers' homes as we continue to expand rapidly.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage Installation Teams and Subcontract Install Teams, ensuring adherence to SCIS values. This includes handling all aspects of team management, including recruitment, terminations, returntowork interviews, training, and conducting toolbox talks.
  • Work alongside Group teams and members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Guarantee that all projects are installed according to product technical specifications, recommendations, and highquality standards.
  • Ensure all documentation and administration requirements are completed accurately by Installation teams to the correct standards and timescales.
  • Ensure all jobs are uploaded correctly and with the required details into company systems.
  • Review and approve installation timesheets and subcontractor invoices alongside Managers.
  • Work closely with the client and SCIS management to ensure all site issues and snagging are resolved efficiently before the job handover of completed works.
  • Ensure all company vehicles, equipment, devices, and data are used, managed, and protected to prevent misuse, damage, and loss.
  • Ensure Installation teams are adhering to projectspecific RAMS and ensure all paperwork is up to date.
  • Ensure all projects meet the requirements of PAS2035 and Trustmark standards, or schemespecific requirements.

Required:


  • Experienced in supervising a team or within the insulation industry.
  • A good understanding of spreadsheets and Microsoft.
  • Good leadership skills with the ability to manage a team whilst delivering key KPIs.
  • Customerfocused with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work at all levels within the business.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Understanding of UK H&S laws.
  • Flexible approach to work to suit the business needs.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team.
  • Demonstrate selfmotivation with an ability to manage your own time and workload.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
  • A basic DBS check is required for this role.

Salary:
OTE in excess of £70,000
