On Offer for the Service Delivery Coordinator

  • Annual Salary of £22,000 £24,000
  • Company bonus

Duties for the Service Delivery Coordinator**- As Service Delivery Coordinator your role will be to support and contribute to the growth of the Client Services team by delivering excellent services to customers via seamless and accurate coordination and administration.

  • The Service Delivery Coordinator will build excellent relationships with Service Delivery Managers, Clients, Leads and internal colleagues while also covering for Manager's/Co-Ordinators during leave periods.
  • By researching the market, the Service Delivery Coordinator will ensure that any bespoke packages offered to clients are competitive and cost effective.
  • In addition to supporting with adhoc administration or project coordination tasks the Service Delivery Coordinator will assist with the creation of marketing materials, presentations, documentation and reports as required.
  • The Service Delivery Coordinator will ensure that all compliance requirements are met, all relevant policies and procedures are followed and that any insights are reported to the Management team as relevant.

The ideal Service Delivery Coordinator**- The ideal Service Delivery Coordinator will have strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
