Commercial Asbestos Surveyor - Essex

£32,000 - £35,000 + Full Benefits Package


Our client, an award-winning consultancy in the Environmental sector, are actively recruiting for a lead Commercial Asbestos Surveyor to join their closely-knit team at their Essex office.


With over 20 years trading experience and specialising in the Environmental market and Asbestos in particular, they are a company known for being a nationally recognised training provider and quality driven consultancy that values both staff and client satisfaction.


You will also have a minimum of 3 years of Asbestos Surveyor exposure, be familiar with Management/R&D type Asbestos Surveying in commercial and ideally industrial type buildings, a strong user of IT and hand-held tablets and be a strong communicator.

Youmust have a full UK driving license with the ability to travel to sites across Essex and neighbouring counties.

In this role, you will get involved with the completion of Management/R&D type,


HSG:


264 guided Asbestos Surveys on a range of Commercial, Retail, Health Care, Education and Industrial projects, visiting client sites direct.

You will also submit relevantplans, reports and Bulk samples when directed.

Commutable locations:
Colchester, Southend-On-Sea, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Watford, Grays, Brentwood, Basildon, Enfield, Stratford, Harlow, London, Edgware, Cheshunt.
