We are looking for a

Customer Invoicing Specialist, EMEA region
***to support our local team.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing data entry for new orders
  • Monitor financial aspects in contracts / sales orders (wherever applicable) to ensure billing is in line with agreed contracts
  • Contact sales managers to obtain missing information
  • Maintain monthly sales and revenue reports
  • Setup new customers in the accounting system
  • Ensure customers are billed currently and in time
  • Billing invoices and credit notes
  • This person will be part of the Invoicing team and will take care of billing activities
  • Send bill reminders, collect due accounts
  • Support for Revenue Recognition
  • Solve collection issues with sales managers
  • Reconcile revenues & costs for project budgets
  • Prepare accounts receivable aging and collection forecast
  • Process accounts reconciliations and confirmations
  • Ad hoc requests as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; further education will be a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in billing/accounts receivable positions
  • Very good command of English
  • Working knowledge of ERP software, preferable experience in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Proficient in MS Office package, in particular Excel
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Strong oral, verbal and written communication skills
  • Client service oriented with the ability to build strong positive team relationships
  • Basic knowledge of Revenues, A/R accounting principles and Einvoicing will be considered as an advantage
  • Similar experience of working in an international, dynamic environment will be an advantage.
