Description

What you'll do:

Implement Project / Programme Management / Change management methodology and toolsets
Implement the project plan, including deadlines for deliverables and milestones.
Work in conjunction with Functional leaders, Business Analysts and UAT/Business Readiness teams to ensure changes are understood, documented and delivered with high efficiency.
Project delivery & governance
Ensures all NX UK initiatives are delivered within agreed timelines and budget constraints. Following NX UK business change team governance through all phases of the delivery lifecycle, from kick off through to productionimplementation.
Facilitates and manages communications and presentations to business stakeholders of all levels
Ensuring all relevant stakeholder engagement is secured and actively managed throughout the initiative's lifecycle; preparing and delivering updates and progress reports
Facilitate effective communication by working closely with NX Internal and external team. Ensure alignment of communication across projects
Leading project/change meetings and working groups specific to your delivery objectives

Reporting

Provides regular reporting on project and initiative status including critical path, dependencies, risks & issues & budgets
Lead the development of an integrated Change & Communications plan (training, engagement sessions, communication etc.) that can be adapted and deployed by the stakeholders.

What you'll need:

Understands the importance of potential Business/ Culture change with respect to IT System change.
Experience in providing Business Continuity planning and support transition. Management of on/off boarding, transfers in/out process. Project Management liaison (i.e. technology upgrades, facility upgrades, procurement and bids management).
Formal project management qualification essential.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Ability to travel occasionally with in UK.
