Think Accountancy and Finance are pleased to be supporting a Manchester, City Centre based business who is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant.

This is a high-volume position, so it is essential you have experience in a position where yourfocus was accounts payable.

Responsibilities:

Supplier Payments
Setting up new supplier accounts
Maintain supplier details on the system
Bank Reconciliations
Filing
Dealing with manual invoices and payments
Managing and resolving supplier queries
Direct Debits
BACS Payments
Reconciling staff expenses
Purchase Orders
Check and code all invoices
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within a similar role
Experienced accounts payable assistant with sound technical skills
Experience of working with a fully integrated ERP system
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Good problemsolving skills
