Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a creative and dedicated Teacher to work in a high achieving school in Blackwood.

The school encourages a dynamic learning environment, and the wellbeing of staff and students is central to the schools' success,promoting a positive and engaging atmosphere.

This school is accessible by public transport, and there is onsite parking.

**Role responsibilities include: - Incorporating learning into play to encourage academic development

Plan lessons in line with the school's curriculum
Assess children's work and monitor progress
Parttake in parents' evenings, providing feedback to families
Introduce activities to ensure engagement
Manage behaviours effectively
Promote socialising amongst pupils
Provide the pupils with the social and academic skills essential to educational development
Communicate effectively with the Teaching Assistant

**The Vetting process:
Teaching Personnel can assist with obtaining a DBS, placing this on the update service and registration with the EWC

Enhanced child only DBS which is put on the update service
Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) _Compulsory in Wales_
Qualified Teaching Status
Have the legal right to work in the UK
Can provide 2 x professional references

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
