Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a creative and dedicated Teacher to work in a high achieving school in Blackwood.
The school encourages a dynamic learning environment, and the wellbeing of staff and students is central to the schools' success,promoting a positive and engaging atmosphere.
This school is accessible by public transport, and there is onsite parking.**Role responsibilities include: - Incorporating learning into play to encourage academic development
- Plan lessons in line with the school's curriculum
- Assess children's work and monitor progress
- Parttake in parents' evenings, providing feedback to families
- Introduce activities to ensure engagement
- Manage behaviours effectively
- Promote socialising amongst pupils
- Provide the pupils with the social and academic skills essential to educational development
- Communicate effectively with the Teaching Assistant
Teaching Personnel can assist with obtaining a DBS, placing this on the update service and registration with the EWC
- Enhanced child only DBS which is put on the update service
- Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) _Compulsory in Wales_
- Qualified Teaching Status
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Can provide 2 x professional references
- Access to the Teaching Personnel app where you can update your availability and view your online payslips
- A dedicated consultant who will assist you throughout the entire process
- Weekly communication to provide feedback

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
