The Role
You will provide comprehensive business, administrative, organisational and project support to the HR & Training Manager and Managing Director.

The role includes all aspects of HR, Training and Recruitment.

You will update company software and records, liaise with managers, coordinate recruitment admin, pre-employment screening checks and produce correspondence and contracts from existing templates.

You will attend formal meetings as required, help coordinate and monitor training and ensure filing, scanning and system updates are completed daily.


Principle Accountabilities

  • Scheduling internal and external appointments, including arranging travel where appropriate
  • Maintain and update confidential files, records, and databases including Employee files
  • Liaise with external suppliers for Health and Safety issues
  • Process company Payroll
  • Design and update company Policies and Procedures
  • Perform general office management tasks and support adhoc business duties as necessary

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail and eye for accuracy
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools using BreatheHR or other similar HR software platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and demonstrate flexibility in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Prior experience of working in a regulated industry such as Financial Services is a plus.

Salary:


  • From £25,000 per year

Schedule:


  • Core business hours
  • 8:30am 8:00pm Monday to Thursday
  • 8:30am 5:00pm Friday
  • This role will typically work 37.5 hours, but flexibility is required
  • Flexibility is required for all roles to support business needs.

Ability to commute/relocate:


  • Caerphilly: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE's or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Previous HR or Executive Assistant experience desirable but not essential.
  • A proven professional, articulated and organised individual
