About us:


Upholstery2u Ltd (U2U) are a growing and reputable company who repair gym pads and furniture on-site in our mobile workshop.

All repairs are done on-site to minimise the disruption in the gym to ensure the members can continue their workout.


About the role:


This job role is vital to the business's success as it ensures smooth running of the operations and customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling in jobs for our upholsterers
  • Ensuring jobs are completed in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the upholsterers have enough stock to complete their jobs
  • Sending confirmation of jobs to our clients
  • Sending confirmation of completed jobs
  • Driven individual wanting to learn about the gym industry.
  • Experience working on a computer/bespoke system.
  • Confident on the phone speaking to staff and clients.
