Bellshill, North Lanarkshire, Scotland branch as a Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow an existing
warm desk that supplies
temporary industrial staff to clients in the Lanarkshire area.

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems and we are committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant include;

Proactively developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships
Business to business outbound sales calls and marketing activities
Working to targets within the industrial team
Travelling to visit clients for meetings so you will need to drive and have access to a car
Sourcing and recruiting temporary industrial staff for warehouse and production bookings
Servicing existing business to a high standard
Service management compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
Hours are office based 37.5 per week Monday to Friday working a 2week rota and 95.30
