Compliance (Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality) Officer - Reporting directly to the CEO, the responsibility is to support the overall operations at Hildon Ltd with compliance and continuous improvement.

A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Compliance (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) Officer at our Broughton, Hampshire site.

• Health and Safety Inductions for all new staff
• ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, customer audits preparation.
• Main contact for governing bodies such as EHO, EA and HSE.
• Review of COSHH, task and specific employee risk assessments;
• Review of Safe Working Practices.
• Accident investigation.
• Overseeing the company wide integrated QCD program.
• Writing, implementing, and maintaining documented policies, procedures, and processes.
• HACCP team member
• Work closely with the QC Team to ensure customer needs and expectations are met, with export border compliance.
• Ensuring H & S training is sufficient and current;:
• 
  What skills do you need to have
• A very good knowledge and wellbalanced view regarding ensuring Health & Safety within the workplace and must have as a minimum the NEBOSH General Certificate.
• A good working knowledge of Environmental control is also required.
• As this is a compliance role, working within the quality management systems shall also be maintained and continuously improved, thus experience in ISO standards is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail,
• High standard of written and verbal communication,
