If you are specialising in one specific discipline of Commercial Real Estate right now, whether it's Valuation, Agency, etc - This is an opportunity to take on a more diverse & more interesting workload.

I am working with a well-known, well-respected consultancy firm, specialising in a diverse range of property sectors, from Industrial, right the way through to Natural Capital.

We are currently seeking a surveyor to join the team with a long-term view of creating a reputation for yourself to match the one they have developed over decades.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Surveyor to immerse themselves in all professional instructions within their offering.

You will collaborate with Partner level, taking a lead role in advancing land sales, asset management, and energy and renewables-related projects.

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-starting individual, ideally 1-5 years PQE qualified with MRICS accreditation, seeking a new professional challenge.

While the primary focus is within our Commercial business stream, there will be plenty of opportunity for those with a rural background looking for increased involvement in commercial property.

Salary ranges from £35,000 - £50,000 - of course depending on experience.
