We're currently recruiting for an Operational Support Team Member to join us as part of the Operations Support Team, within the Finance Operations department.

You'll provide Finance Operations administration to customers, working to the agreed standards and measures and operational support on daily banking.

What you'll be doing:


  • Ensure that all post is prepared and batched up ready for processing and sent to the appropriate team within predefined timescales.
  • Perform banking processes daily ensuring best practice is followed in accordance with PCIDSS guidelines.
  • Support and deliver processes for the wider Finance Operations teams in accordance with best practice and delivered within the defined service level agreement (SLA). E.g., Letter fulfilment, Debt Recovery, Contract Management, and Instalment Admin.
  • Deliver the efficient day to day storage & archiving for the Finance Operations function.
  • Ensure that all Finance Operations work requests are processed and delivered to specification within agreed timescales.
  • Support Finance Operations teams processes to deliver adhoc tasks such as management of legal documentation, banking administration and card receipt processing.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring excellent service is delivered.
  • Contribution to delivery of Finance Operations key priorities through personal alignment to agreed specific actions.

Qualifications:


  • English and Mathematics, qualifications from GCSE level grade A-C.
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer orientated background, able to work in a fastpaced change environment.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and its associated programs.
  • Attention to detail is key, as is being able to plan and effectively manage your workload.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
