Description
Securifix Security Systems Ltd specialise in alarm, CCTV and door entry installations and maintenance within London and the surrounding home counties (Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire etc).
We have been established for over 30 years, holding a gold standard within our industry for providing security to domestic and commercial properties.
Within this role, you will be the first point of contact for supporting our customers and adhering to our gold standard.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Monitoring and actioning aspects of our helpdesk inbox
- Contacting customers to book service visits
- Providing support and knowledge to our customers of our services and systems
- Admin duties such as: filing, shredding, scanning and folding letters
- Organising engineer schedules
- Managing parts required
- Organising the logistics of materials
- Raising quotations for small works recommended by our engineers
- Closing and invoicing engineer jobs to send to customers
- Updating internal reports
- Eager to learn and share knowledge of our systems
- Selfmotivated
- Able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Confident in their communication skills
- Organised and punctual
