We have an exciting new role at the National Deaf Children's Society The Talent Specialist is dedicated to reaching and achieving the greatest impact for deaf children and their families, by working closely with all teams to attract and retain highly talented staff.

As our Talent Specialist you will coach leaders in identifying and planning for future talent gaps, working with our Learning and Development professionals to develop our staff so they can progress at the National Deaf Children's Society.

The Talent Specialist will also work to attract new talent to the charity when we have identified an immediate talent gap internally.

We expect interviews to be held in London on Wednesday, 12 April and Thursday, 13 April 2023

A disclosure check will be sought in relation to the successful applicant for this post.

This will be shared with Human Resources and may also be shared with the Safeguarding Manager and the relevant management team.
