_We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced marketing team based in our London, Park Royal Office _

Your main responsibilities:


  • Plan and implement the organisations marketing activities
  • Upload material to websites, online libraries, and marketing department databases
  • Assist with customer queries
  • Manage various critical paths and timelines for promotions and other marketing projects that require a print output
  • Create critical paths and timelines for stakeholders
  • Brief and manage agencies and printers to ensure all artwork is created and delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Design brochures, POS, leaflets, and all other marketing materials
  • Ensure all executions are consistent, conform to brand guidelines, and are suitable for multispecifications and size ratios

About you

  • Experience supporting a fastpaced marketing department
  • Display enthusiasm, creativity, and resourcefulness with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Able to establish good working relationships within the department as well as within the business overall and with external agencies and partners
  • Possess a sound knowledge of using Excel, Word and PowerPoint and experience using Photoshop software would be advantageous
  • Able to work effectively to deadlines
  • Team player and be able to onboard tasks efficiently
  • Able to think creatively and bring new ideas to the table
  • Possess excellent written and communications and presentation skills
