Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our small Off-Road competition parts and vehicle manufacturing team.

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our CNC machines to produce a mixture of high-quality 'one off' and batch production parts and components.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and flexible accommodating work environment.


Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, and specifications
• Select the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job
• Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the machining process
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed for optimal performance
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

Skills:

• Ability to assemble components using hand tools and power tools
• Familiarity with tooling and mill operations
• Experience with programming CNC machines (Siemens Shop Turn & Shop Mill)
