We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Insurance Team Leader helping support the Sales & Admin team for our client based in Dagenham.
You will communicate company goals, safe practices, and deadlines to the team. Motivate team members and assessperformance, provide help to management, including training and hiring and ensure KPIS are met.Role Duties:
- Supports Sales Manager/Director and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of the office.
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skills checks.
- Develops and understands strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
- Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and the continued expectations.
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, sales projects and deadlines.
- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handing customer complaints.
- Delegation of tasks and setting projects
- Incentives and team building activities.
Essential Skills:
- Preferred CII Qualified
