**Senior Health and Safety Manager
London (with regional travel)
£65,000 - £70,000 + Car allowance**Irwin and Colton have been engaged by one of the UK's largest real estate organisations who are looking to being onboard a new
Senior Health and Safety Manager. This role will be working with the residential team, focusing on safety acrossall residential and mixed-use buildings.

This role will primarily focus on working with key internal stakeholders across the business, to raise the level of health and safety across the building infrastructure, occupant safety, and fire safety regulations (in alignment to current legislation).The role will report to the Head of Health and Safety.

Responsibilities of the
Senior Health and Safety Managerwill include:

Engaging with stakeholders across the organisation to assist and drive a positive culture
Working closely with Building safety regulators to ensure building meet with legislation and compliance
Leading on continuous improvement improve projects against ISO45001 requirement
Leading the wider team in the development and delivery of the strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the health and safety function internally and externally
Ensuring that the properties align to The Fire Safety Act, working closely with specialist consultants to create improvements

The successful
Senior Health and Safety Managerwill have:

NEBOSH diploma (or equivalent) and relevant IOSH membership
NEBOSH Fire / proven fire experience is essential
Proven experience in a similar health and safety role, ideally across residential properties
Proven experience working with Building safety managers/regulators to align with current legislation
A pragmatic approach to safety and the ability to engage and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
