No previous experience is required as we provide full product training, however, experience in Customer Service, Retail, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Management, Promotions, Events, Call centre, and/or any other customer service or sales related role may be beneficial.

Responsibilities of a Sales and customer service assistant are:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
  • Advise customers about the products and services of our clients' products
  • Maintain a professional smart appearance as we meet directly with customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers, clients, colleagues and management
