Description

Are you ready to seize a rare opportunity that can make a meaningful impact on people's lives? Do you possess the charisma and passion required to make a difference? We are offering a chance to work with an organisation that is dedicated to your growth and helping you achieve your full potential.

As part of our ongoing efforts to transform community mental health services, we are expanding our team across South Staffordshire.

We are ideally looking for someone with passion and integrity who will welcome the opportunity to help support the development and influence the service.

Ideally, someone with a background in Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHs) would be a great fit, particularly in working with individuals who have complex emotional needs.

This is an interesting new post that will have considerable input into the service development work being undertaken as part of the Mental Health Transformation, as well as having a leadership role within the Young People's Mental Health pathway.

The role will be located in South Staffordshire and will support the successful transition of young people aged 17-25 into appropriate mental health services, aiming to enhance their social and mental outcomes as they grow into adulthood.
