Salary:
£12.00

Shift:
Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 am - 18:00 pm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor who will work at our client's prestigious site.

Duties of an Maintenance Supervisor**- Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives

Support with training, toolbox talks, job chats, competency assessment, self certs, return to works
Responsible for the training of new staff members
Managing your time effectively to ensure targets are achieved
Comfortable working in confined spaces, working at heights, production critical work which includes paint booths and shot blast
Will need to be comfortable with wearing a mask
Ensuring standards are maintained across the site
Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Working in a timely manner to ensure the site is are prepared for the client
Working as part of a team
Required to cover sickness / absence

Job role requirements for an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

Cleaning / Maintenance experience would be preferred, however full training provided
Experience as a team leader / supervisor is essential
Comfortable working both alone and in a team
Comfortable wearing mask & breathing apparatus
Full training & uniform provided
