Job description

  • The University of Winchester is looking for a Graduate Success Coordinator to work in our Careers and Opportunities team to build, grow and monitor relationships with graduate employers and organisations. This would enable the team to advertise opportunities and attend events, where they can access student and graduate talent. With students at the heart of everything we do, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to develop our work in this area to create more opportunities and connections for our students.
  • Are you passionate about connecting students and graduates with opportunities? Can you develop, establish and grow links with organisations to support student and graduate outcomes? Can you manage multiple projects and priorities where no two days are the same? Do you have innovative approaches to engage students to improve their employability? Can you plan, deliver and evaluate events and activities and make continuous improvements?
  • Working in partnership with Faculty Employability Advisers, placement staff and the wider team, the role (postholder) will develop and lead on a programme of employer activities for students and graduates. The role will also support key communications with graduates through social media and newsletters and data uploads to HESA for the Graduate Outcomes Survey.
  • We are a focused, friendly team enthusiastic about making a difference to our students and graduates' employability. You will be customer focused, with a positive attitude towards student, graduate and employer needs. You will be able to juggle multiple tasks, work both independently and across teams and have excellent communication skills.
