You will be responsible for:

Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
Create highquality content (text, images, videos) aligned with brand voice and audience needs
Manage and optimise social media ad campaigns for maximum reach and return on investment
Support accountbased marketing initiatives by identifying target accounts and engaging them through personalised outreach
Conduct SEO research and implement best practices to improve organic search visibility
Track campaign performance, analyse data, and report on key metrics to measure success
Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Identify opportunities to innovate and improve efficiency or quality of our internal processes
Use your marketing capability to create IP to augment our existing processes
Serve as the internal point of contact for marketing support in area of expertise, seen as a credible SME, drawing on senior support as required
Build relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring ongoing support for all marcomms activity, with senior support
Understand and focus on lead generation, ensuring all Marcomms activity assists in delivering the MQL target for the year

You will have:

2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on social media
Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media campaigns
Strong knowledge of HubSpot/CRM systems
Experience of campaign and accountbased marketing strategies
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative and resultsoriented with a passion for social media
Intermediate capability on CRM system, Hubspot
Intermediate PowerPoint capability
Presents written information and data professionally
Reporting, including monitoring and measuring effectiveness of Marcomms functions
Website marketing, including SEO optimisation
Lead generation, ensuring all marcomms activity assists in delivering the marketing SQL
