Supporting one of the most important areas of the business this finance business partner role requires a commercial accounting skill set that has been honed through a results demanding organisation relying on you to identifyperformance opportunities and challenges, along with using your ability to deliver projects and work with operational leaders to get them the information they need through modelling and analysis.

Budgeting, forecasting, reporting and spend management willall be tasks you can do with ease and you'll use your accounting knowledge alongside your fantastic communication skills to deliver the right information in the best way possible.

You'll have the ability to negotiate, stand your ground and influence basedon your fact based findings and your commercial experience allowing the business to have confidence in the advice and recommendations that you're giving.
