The Member Service Advisor role is a critical position in the delivery of a range of quality services to our member/owners of the Credit Union.

You will be on the front-line, providing excellent member care through a range of duties, primarily phone cover.

Major Tasks/Job Activities_

Under the direction of the Member Services Team Leader, the post holder will:

  • Answer calls to a high standard of customer service, such as explaining services and disclosing account information.
  • Respond to written, facetoface, secure app, online/social media and shared mailbox enquires.
  • Process closure requests and dormant accounts in accordance with service standards providing evidence of retention conversations.
  • Assist in the upkeep of all core system transactions.
  • Process enquires quickly and efficiently ensuring all information is accurately recorded and is compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Ensure members' personal business is carried out in a confidential and courteous manner.

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
From £11,365.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
