Customer Development Manager
Ipswich
£40,000 - £45,000 DOE plus Commission
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a busy company within the specialist Coffee Machine industry based in Ipswich. They are looking for a Customer Development Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the performance of the team in terms of calls from customers and making sure the team are delivering the best service
  • Heading up a team of Customer Development Executives
  • Data analysis and reporting on customer sales activities
  • Deliver a robust contact and sales strategy
  • Develop and maintain good relationships
  • Achieve monthly targets

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 2 years experience of managing a sales team
  • Strong PC literacy
  • Proven demonstrable success in working to targets and deadlines
  • Transparent on Microsoft
  • Driving licence and transport is essential
