£40,000 - £45,000 DOE plus Commission
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a busy company within the specialist Coffee Machine industry based in Ipswich. They are looking for a Customer Development Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the performance of the team in terms of calls from customers and making sure the team are delivering the best service
- Heading up a team of Customer Development Executives
- Data analysis and reporting on customer sales activities
- Deliver a robust contact and sales strategy
- Develop and maintain good relationships
- Achieve monthly targets

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience of managing a sales team
- Strong PC literacy
- Proven demonstrable success in working to targets and deadlines
- Transparent on Microsoft
- Driving licence and transport is essential
