Pennine Refrigeration Services Ltd is a leading provider of refrigeration services in the Leeds area. We specialise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems for the food & agri industries.


Our team of highly skilled technicians is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring the optimal performance of our clients' refrigeration systems.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Refrigeration Service Department Coordinator to join our team.


As a Refrigeration Service Department Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of our service department, ensuring efficient scheduling of service calls, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and schedule service calls for our team of refrigeration technicians
  • Communicate with clients to understand their service needs and schedule appointments accordingly.
  • Ensure that all service calls are properly documented and assigned to the appropriate technician.
  • Monitor the progress of service calls and provide updates to clients as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, including details of work performed and parts used.
  • Assist with the ordering and inventory management of parts and supplies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of service activities
  • Provide administrative support to the service department, including data entry, filing, and report generation

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the refrigeration or HVAC industry
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems and components is a plus
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's licence
