Pay rate:
£10.90 per hour + £45 per sleep in

Full time role: 37.5hrs a week

Come and join a close-knit team supporting three young gentleman in a shared supported living home.

We don't wear uniforms (it's friendlier that way) but you must be prepared to roll up your sleeves to cook in the kitchen or tidy the house.

Timekeeping is crucial, you should arrive on time, take your time to listen and take time to care.


You will be also supporting gentleman with personal care, medication, weekly budgeting, food shopping and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

Taking the time to build trustworthy relationships and prompting are vital parts of this role.

Gentleman are very active and love going out for long walks in town or countryside, regular sessions at the gym or swimming pool.

Music is the big part of the house life - whether it's paying drums or guitar, you would be very welcome to join


Full UK driving license is essential for this role; we have a manual Mobility Vehicle and support workers will need to drive it - to be able to drive a Mobility Vehicle you need to have a full UK license.

What shifts are available?

  • 7:30am 3pm / 3pm pm or long days 7.30am pm / sleep in (required two sleep ins a week)
  • We're looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of weekdays and weekends
  • Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance something we're very passionate about
