Our Producers define the Scope of Work, coordinate costs and align pricing, they lead Project Management and the Operations that deliver what the account team sells profitability and on time.
Together we Shape the Future of Retail.Everyone in the Business Unit works in Business Development and our Producers are always part of the pitch team.
We expect them to identify opportunities for new services and upsell, and to always be focused on improving the profitability in our work.
Accountabilities- Delivery of company services, accountable for the deliverables, budget and timings.
- Client guides through our operations to deliver our solution profitably and ontime.
- Accountable for all legal, commercial and financial decisions related to project delivery.
- Managing and developing Project Managers direct reports
- Working collaboratively with the Creative, Tech, Operations and Finance team to ensure process is followed and we deliver profit.
- Driving environmentally friendly and sustainable practices into day to day operations
- Sharing our spirit
- 5+ years in project and/or production management.
- Experience managing and leading a team of Project Managers
- Leadership and motivational skills
