As an Accounts Assistant, you'll play an integral part in the Finance chain, taking care of Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control and cashiering duties.
You'll be working physically from Head Office for three days per week, with the flexibility to work from home for two days per week.
What does the role of Trainee Finance Assistant involve?- Assist the daytoday workings of the Accounts department, helping to process paperwork, allocate payments and answer queries, along with month end nominal ledger reconciliations
- Take care of Purchase Ledger duties, including liaising on behalf of our dealerships with suppliers and processing purchase invoices, in an accurate and timely manner
- Undertake Sales Ledger duties, including basic debt control and recovery, plus the processing and allocation of warranty credits and manufacturer bonus credits through the system
- A clear passion for a career in Finance
- Excellent organisation skills, with strong attention to detail
- The ability and motivation to meet strict deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, being highly computer literate with experience of working with Microsoft Excel
