Are you confident in customer service? Are you a tech savvy individual who can think on their feet to solve any problem? Signature Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to join our client a professional medical association based in London, as a Support Administrator.

This position is on a full-time, permanent basis with hybrid working.


Support Administrator Main Responsibilities:


  • Supporting teams that use the CRM system
  • Managing a log and dealing with queries
  • Troubleshooting and escalating issues
  • Training new starters and writing user guides

Support Administrator Essential Skills:


  • Customer focused
  • Enthusiastic communicator
  • Experience with Dynamics or Salesforce software
  • Excellent problem solver and willing to learn

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£31,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
