This position is on a full-time, permanent basis with hybrid working.Support Administrator Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting teams that use the CRM system
- Managing a log and dealing with queries
- Troubleshooting and escalating issues
- Training new starters and writing user guides
Support Administrator Essential Skills:
- Customer focused
- Enthusiastic communicator
- Experience with Dynamics or Salesforce software
- Excellent problem solver and willing to learn

Salary:
£31,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
