  • As part of our innovative development strategy, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our collaborative team at our central Leicester office.
  • Based within the central Visual Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering on graphic design briefs and requests that predominately support the firms core marketing, brand, work winning and internal communication activities.


The role is well suited to a truly 360-degree Graphic Designer, who has the drive, capabilities and desire to deliver across a range of briefs, spanning both print and digital mediums.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking briefs and developing appropriate graphic design outputs, working within defined timescales.
  • Working with a wide range of media, photography, and computer aided design in the production of work.
  • Proof reading and document reviews to ensure accurate and highquality graphical work.
  • Tender proposal design
  • Working with external print suppliers
  • Designing and producing specialist materials as required, and presenting finalised ideas, layouts, artwork etc.
  • Working with the wider practice to ensure aligned branding with all documentation.

About You:

Key Requirements:
  • Recognised qualification in Graphic Design
  • Work experience in a similar role in a professional services environment
  • Proficient user of MS Office packages
  • Appreciation of social media content / branding / website content
  • Proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly within the Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro programs
  • The appropriate knowledge and capabilities to deliver outputs that span both print and digital medium, to be able to deliver in line with corporate brand guidelines and documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Selfmotivated, proactive with excellent attention to detail
