Responsibilities:


  • Maintain office organization by handling filing systems and data entry tasks.
  • Utilize company systems and other computerized tools for scheduling appointments and managing appointments.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks to enhance office efficiency.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in office software.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Strong data entry skills and familiarity with general office procedures.
