Role:

A wide ranging role that will include:

Researching available properties that suit client needs and requirements;
Offer appraisal and advice into rental values investment values;
Collate information and present accurately to clients;
Negotiation of purchase / lease terms and overseeing processes from start through to completion;
Property Management including instructing and overseeing subcontractors, checking / agreeing utilities, agreeing and managing service charges.

Qualifications:
Applicants will hold a Degree or equivalent qualification at undergraduate or postgraduate level.

Skills:

The successful applicant will benefit from:

Reliable and responsible character;
Strong organisational skills;
Good communicator;
Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
UK driving licence.

Salary:
Competitive salary package commensurate with the individual's experience.
