FULLY REMOTE ROLE / WORKING FROM HOME / ONGOING PLACEMENT / IMMEDIATE START
We are currently recruiting on behalf of an NHS Service who are seeking an experienced customer service administrator to join their fun and lively team.
Working full time (Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm) on an ongoing temporary basis, you will be responsiblefor supporting an NHS administrative project surrounding patient referrals.
Working within a vibrant remote-working team, day to day duties will include inputting all referrals onto the NHS e-Referral system, undertake informed choice conversations with patients as required, book appointments on behalf of patients, and monitor referralactivity.
To be successful in this role you will need good IT/database skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate clearly and confidently, be organised, efficient and be a strong team-player.
