General Description of role:
You will support the marketing team in generating enquires, leads and prospects and support our sales team to generate new residential sales through our digital channels.
With activities across the entire marketing mix, the role requires a strong hands-on approach and an execution-orientated mindset to drive business growth and commercial pursuits.
Responsible for:
- Responsible for planning, managing and deploying demand generation, brand recognition and engagement campaigns covering online, offline and media channels
- Plan, implement, and analyse the results of marketing programs designed to drive awareness and generate a qualified pipeline to support marketing and sales across your dedicated towns.
- You'll be responsible for building briefs and communicating these with the wider marketing team and external agencies
- Develop creative marketing and sales collateral to ensure the wider teams are armed with the best tools to showcase our products
- Help drive lead generation for our sales team
- Report on KPI's and marketing performance
- Stay on top of industry trends and news, keeping the team up to date with all the latest developments
Core skills required:
- Previous experience working in a B2C environment in a similar role
- Experience working with data
- Salesforce experience an advantage
- Experience developing pitch and sales materials
- Campaign and channel management experience across the marketing mix, both UK wide & regional
- Background in performance marketing / digital marketing
- Collaborative, selfstarter, and able to drive projects from inception to execution
- Telecoms experience desirable
