**Support Worker

  • Leatherhead**
    £11.09/h Full time and Part time hours available

Must include sleep ins rota based additional £48 per night

Wolf Healthcare are currently working in partnership with a FANTASTIC care provider in recruiting for enthusiastic Support Worker in Fetcham.

You will be promoting independence and supporting individuals to live a fulfilled life, helping and supporting them in taking part in social activities and day to day tasks.


We're on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on people with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, this role is based within a residential service.

The role of this Support Worker
would suit someone who:

  • Has some experience or understanding of care, has worked in a care setting or has looked after someone in a caring environment.
  • Is keen to learn and develop whilst employed and further their professional understanding of the care sector
  • Is looking for an opportunity that rewards good work with career progression
  • Has experience supporting people with autism, challenging behaviour and learning disabilities

As part of your day to day as a Support Worker duties will involve:

  • Provide Personal & Health care needs to Service users
  • Completing and maintaining detailed records, reports and notes
  • Lead and support a team whilst acting a responsible personal on shift when required
  • Supporting the registered manager in day to day running of the home
  • Supporting people to achieve their goals and live the best life possible
  • Assisting with internal & external activities/hobbies of the service user
  • General domestic duties
  • Communicating with residents' family and friends
  • Being as proactive as possible when on shift and using own initiative
