Cafferty Group are looking for an experienced
Construction Director for an immediate start in
Central London with experience in high end high rises, heritage and refurbishments, hotels and regeneration works.


Duties as a construction director will include:

  • To take responsibility for the successful delivery of complex development projects through defined milestones.
  • Provide line management, strategic vision and technical oversight of project management team.
  • The Construction Director will assist the Managing Director to manage the entire delivery function, internal and external teams, methodology and budgets.
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the project.
  • Manage the project to time and budget without compromising safety or quality.
  • Present KPIs and deliverables to the head office.
  • Responsible for ensuring the highest HSQE standards.

Applicants must have:


  • Previous construction director experience
  • Minimum 3+ Years in an equivalent role.
  • Proven experience in high end high rises, heritage and refurbishments, hotels and regeneration works
  • Relevant construction qualifications E.g. Degree.
